Safeguarding Central exists to prevent the abuse or exploitation of children within organisations.

We offer specialist experience in child safeguarding in community development, local government, schools, and faith-based organisations as well as supporting the international non-government and international development sectors.

Safeguarding Central is headquartered on the never ceded lands of the Kaurna People. We acknowledge the Kaurna people as the custodians of the lands and waters of the Adelaide region and pay respect to Kaurna people’s cultural, spiritual, physical and emotional connection with their land, waters and community.

Safeguarding Central acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
